Baldpates did an excellent job on my full roof replacement. They worked directly with my insurance company to cover costs. My insurance company and Baldpates were in total agreement on the extent of damage caused by weather wear & tear (my roof was the original and was about 18 years old). I also had a particularly troublesome spot where I had extended the original roof to cover my rear deck. Baldpates included that area for repair and everything was repaired completely and timely. From the time of the original evaluation, quote, working with my insurance company, and finished roof replacement was less than 10 days; (the actual roof repair itself was completed in 1 day).
Matt, Zach, and the team leaders and all of the workers were very dedicated and knowledgeable professionals and were committed to getting the job done right and timely. I would definitely use them again (if needed) and would definitely recommend them to other customers. A solid 5-Stars!
